Raw Material Inspection:
Gray fabric inspection: including physical properties (such as strength, density, weight) and appearance quality (such as weaving defects, color difference).
Dye and auxiliary inspection: color fastness, coloring strength, chemical composition (such as heavy metals, carcinogenic aromatic amines, formaldehyde).

Semi-Finished Product Inspection:

Pretreatment inspection: singeing quality, desizing effect, scouring effect, bleaching quality.

Dyeing process inspection: color difference, color fastness, pH value.

Finished Product Inspection:

Physical property inspection: fiber content, width, weight, shrinkage rate, weft skew.
Color fastness inspection: washing fastness, rubbing fastness, perspiration fastness.
Appearance quality inspection: color difference, fabric defects.
